Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate or equivalent
• Degree or Diploma in Education (like B.Ed / D.El.Ed) recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)/Government.
Age Limit: (as of 01 January 2026)
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for various categories as per Rajasthan government norms:
SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS Male Candidates of Rajasthan: 5 years
SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS Female Candidates of Rajasthan: 10 years
General Category Female Candidates: 5 years
Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 5 years

Candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper to qualify (with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates
• Paper I (200 Marks):
General awareness and educational psychology.Geographical, Historical, Cultural, and General Knowledge of Rajasthan.Current Affairs of Rajasthan.General Knowledge of the World and India.Educational Psychology.
• Paper II (300 Marks):
Subject-specific knowledge.Knowledge of secondary and senior secondary standards about the relevant subject.Knowledge of graduation standards about the relevant subject.Teaching methods of the relevant subject.
Application Fees (One-Time Registration Fee):
The fee is a one-time payment for registration and is applicable for all future RPSC exams.
• General (Unreserved) / Creamy Layer of BC & MBC: ₹600/-
• Reserved Categories (SC/ST/Non-Creamy Layer BC & MBC) / EWS / Sahariya Category of Rajasthan:₹400/-
• Persons with Disability (PwD): ₹400/-
Pay Grade ( Salary ):
Selected candidates will be placed at Pay Matrix Level L-11 with a Grade Pay of ₹42000. During a two-year probation period, a fixed monthly payment will be provided as per Rajasthan government rules. Upon successful completion of probation, employees become eligible for the full salary scale, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other applicable allowances as per the prevailing regulations. This ensures a competitive and stable income with added benefits after the initial training phase.
